Garden of Eden, tree of knowledge & the serpent

After spending some time listening to the American occult scholar Jordan Maxwell on YouTube talking about symbols, I studied the Genesis of the Old Testament and had the following reflections.

Garden of Eden

After God(s) made Adam, he placed him in the Garden of Eden and warned him: "You may eat the fruit of any tree in the garden, except the tree that gives knowledge of what is good and what is bad. "

Serpent and the temptation
"1 The serpent was the shrewdest of all the wild animals the LORD God had made. One day he asked the woman, "Did God really say you must not eat the fruit from any of the trees in the garden?"

2 "Of course we may eat fruit from the trees in the garden," the woman replied.3 "It's only the fruit from the tree in the middle of the garden that we are not allowed to eat. God said, 'You must not eat it or even touch it; if you do, you will die.'"

4 "You won't die!" the serpent replied to the woman.5 "God knows that your eyes will be opened as soon as you eat it, and you will be like God, knowing both good and evil."

The serpent is a very poignant symbol in Hindu mythology and yoga system. It represents the cosmic fire in its latent state residing in the human body at the end of the sushumna (the yin/female end of the body), the central channel of energy corresponding to the human spine. When it is awakened through yoga practice, the energy of cosmic fire travels upward along the sushumna activating the seven chakras along its way until it reaches the crown of the head (sahasrara chakra, the yang/male principle). When that happens, the portal to higher realms (Heaven) will be opened; the third eye (located in the pineal gland inside the cranium) is opened to enable the individual to behold the light from the very source of the Cosmos; darkness and ignorance is dispelled and knowledge and wisdom is gained. Man will become 'like God, knowing both good and evil'. It is significant that this 'tree of knowledge' is planted at the centre of the garden, because it is a metaphor for the sushumna running along the centre of the human body. The fruit at the top of the tree symbolises the 'third eye', the pineal gland which is shaped like a pine-cone, a fruit from the pine trees.

Eva - the first human on earth who tasted Knowledge
6 The woman was convinced. She saw that the tree was beautiful and its fruit looked delicious, and she wanted the wisdom it would give her. So she took some of the fruit and ate it. Then she gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it, too. 7 At that moment their eyes were opened, and they suddenly felt shame at their nakedness. So they sewed fig leaves together to cover themselves."~Gen 3:1-7 NLT

It's important to note that it was Eve, the female who first tasted the fruit of knowledge before giving some to the male, her husband. This is a hint that knowledge/wisdom is gained through the female principle, the receptivity of the human mind. If man wants to gain wisdom, he has to acknowledge the female principle, the receptivity within himself.
What was the result of partaking the forbidden fruit? '...their eyes were opened, and they suddenly felt shame at their nakedness.' I'm not sure what the original Hebrew for 'eyes' are, but I'm quite sure the eyes don't refer to the eye as the organ of seeing because nowhere did God say he was going to make man with no eyes (blind). Therefore it makes perfect sense to assume that the 'eyes' that were opened in Adam and Eve after eating the fruit of knowledge actually refer to the 'third eye', the ajna chakra which is located at the pineal gland. Now why would Adam and Eve felt ashamed of their nakedness? Nakedness here refers to the nakedness of their soul. Because they were both new souls, they had no history of previous existence, no burden from the past.

The Curse of God

Because Adam and Eve attained to knowledge through opening their eyes, God sees this as an act of disobedience and punished them as well as the serpent accordingly:-
The LORD God said to the serpent, "Because you have done this, cursed are you above all cattle, and above all wild animals; upon your belly you shall go, and dust you shall eat all the days of your life. 15 I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel." 16 To the woman he said, "I will greatly multiply your pain in childbearing; in pain you shall bring forth children, yet your desire shall be for your husband, and he shall rule over you." 17 And to Adam he said, "Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and have eaten of the tree of which I commanded you, 'You shall not eat of it,' cursed is the ground because of you; in toil you shall eat of it all the days of your life; 18 thorns and thistles it shall bring forth to you; and you shall eat the plants of the field. 19 In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; you are dust, and to dust you shall return."

So the bottom-line of this is: god is angry because man decided to go for knowledge and he is going to put curse on them as punishment for their disobedience. He is going to bring pain for the woman in her childbirth (also a metaphor for creativity) and hardship for man in the survival game (is this not what holds true in today's ssociety?). As for the poor serpent, the angry and revengeful God is going to strike him dormant by taking out his legs and therefore making him crawl on the ground (never rise up, never wakes up the human curiosity for knowledge and wisdom, keep them asleep, ignorant and fearful).

Guardian Angel and the flaming sword
In order to make sure that no human will ever taste the fruit of the tree of knowledge again, God banished Adam and Eve from the garden of Eden and placed guards around it:-

"23 So the LORD God banished them from the Garden of Eden, and he sent Adam out to cultivate the ground from which he had been made. 24 After sending them out, the LORD God stationed mighty cherubim to the east of the Garden of Eden. And he placed a flaming sword that flashed back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life."Gen 3:23,24 NLT

Why didn't god simply pull out the tree of knowledge to make sure no man will ever eat its fruit again? The reason is simple - it is'nt up to him/them to do; there's someone/some being higher than him who is the real Prime Creator of everything in the universe. The light and energy of the Prime Creator is embedded in every thing, sentient or insentient in the entire Creation; by the very nature of Cosmic Law, everything will evolve back to their source, the Prime Creator itself. No god, human or alien has the power or right to deprive anyone of this intrinsic bond between itself and the Source.
So, this Biblical God placed cherubim (his representatives) and a flaming sword (weapon, violence, authority, church) to guard the way to the tree of life. Even today, the majority of humanity is still living in darkness, ignorance, fear, battling for survival enslaved by weapon, violence, authority and church against the small group of the elite at the top (symbolised by the cherubim) who is manipulating everything (including the governments) from behind the scene!

  1. I can truly appreciate your reasoning written within your post. I find it extremely logical and well written. My question though is this. God never wanted us to have this knowledge or insight of knowing good and bad so therefore one can assume that it should still be the case am I correct? Therefore, those people who are opening their third eye by practicing Yoga and Eating a vegetarian diet can it be assumed that they are committing a sin against God? My second question would be since we are all descendants of Adam and Eve we must have inherited through their DNA some of that Knowledge of Good and Bad and that's why many of us have a conscious with morals and values? My third comment would be is this. If the Cherubs who are guarding the tree are the few elite who are brain washing us and manipulating us since birth feeding our babies milk contaminateed with fluoride to invade our pineal glands why would they want to do that? If Satan's purpose for us not to obtain that Knowledge what was the point from the very beginning to give it to us if now he is guarding it from us?I'm

    1. No, the woman's eyes were not opened...this was the lie. In actual fact, she died as soon as she ate it. The only true way to "see" is to close your eyes (the eyes of your human knowledge). Therefore you must be born AGAIN. This person you are now must die and only when the false seeing ends will the true seeing come about

  2. I was wondering if anyone had the same perception as me. You do. One I do not believe that any yoga practice is sinful. My approach broadened the research. The third eye inmedical terms refers to the pineal gland. Considering this gland controls the circadian rhythm of the body, which is stress, organisms, moods, and more and more. One can see the affects. Next the pineal gland is affected by light and darkness. Crossing this effect to the spiritual side one can give reference to good and evil.
